About our Journey:
Longview Micro was formed in 1999 and concentrated efforts with several unique personal computer adjunct devices for resale. In 2001, Longview Micro won a contract to design and build circuits for a major manufacturer and continues this relationship today. In 2002, the company started research and development into our own designs because there was a great demand for LED products in the automotive industry. Our success in research and development for LED products leads to all markets such as automotive, marine, commercial, industrial, public safety and the housing industry.
Today, Longview Micro is designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative and world class solid state lighting products. The company design’s and produces prototypes which are then commissioned to quality manufacturers in both the USA and abroad. In some cases we manufacturer our own products or produce final assembly of products and kits. In 2008 the company purchased its first full line production equipment for surface mount manufacturing and will produce our products in the United States as of 2008. The company is committed to research and development and has the ability to adapt to market needs and changes.
